-
Children too ill to participate in normal school activities should stay home whether or not the child has a fever

MEDICATIONS
HOW TO SEND MEDICATION TO SCHOOL
The medication container must be labeled and contain the following information:
An adult must bring the medication to school. DO NOT send medication with the student.
If your child rides the bus, the medication must be given to the bus driver. Put the medication container in an envelope and seal it. Mark the outside of the envelope "To the Nurse" or "Medication."
Student Insurance
SDUSD does not carry medical or dental insurance for students injured on school grounds, while under school jurisdiction, or while participating in school district activities. However, the district does provide access to optional accident insurance. Student insurance booklets are available in the office upon parent request.
